Acclamare provides the ability to define as many printers ( See ) as you require and to direct specific documents to specific printers or other output methods such as Fax or Email.
(Faxing of documents requires GFI Fax maker to be installed)
Hierarchal Structure
When sending documents via email, the email settings for that user must be configured within the My User Account settings.
Your Name: The name that will appear when sending an email.
Address: Your full email address.
Server: SMTP Server email address for outgoing mail.
Account: Your full email address.
Password: Your email password.
Port: Outgoing mail port
Use SSL: Check OR Uncheck
Is Exchange: Check OR Uncheck
For User Document Settings:
Maintenance>Document Settings
User Document Settings allow for unique form, output destination for various internal document types (ie Packing Slip, Pick Ticket, Customer Invoice, etc).
Open the Customer you would like to setup a special document.
Dynamic Inquires > Open Customer, after customer is chosen and in the Dynamic Inquires screen click : Edit Customer.
